Operation Metro Surge in the winter of 2025-2026 saw an unprecedented level of conflict between federal immigration officers and residents of Minnesota. The speed and breadth of the tactics used by ICE presented a serious challenge to neighbors attempting to stop their abductions. In this presentation a member of North Star Health Collective, a protest medic crew active during the surge, will share the organizational and process adaptations that their group made to support rapid responders during the surge.
