This chapter carries on the ABC tradition of organizing for the freedom of political prisoners/POW\, supporting revolutionary movements in the struggle for liberation from all forms of oppression consolidated within the state\, and fostering resistance against state repression of revolutionary movement. These goals are realized through materially supporting political prisoners and POW’s commissary via a war chest program\, hosting monthly letter writing events to foster connection and solidarity between the people and our political prisoners\, and organizing popular education to help strengthen our movements from repression and counterinsurgency.

Whether you want to share a poem\, read or just hang out and enjoy the vibes\, everyone is welcome. \n\n\n\nEntry is pay what you can at the door. Every dollar we raise from this event is going straight to two mutual aid requests we’re currently backing: Rent support for a black trans woman and raising funds to feed our unhoused neighbors.  \n\n\n\nIf you can’t donate right now\, we still want you in the room! \n\n\n\nHere are the details: \n\n\n\n\nDate: 7/30/26\n\n\n\nTime: 6:30pm-9pm (Open mic signups at 6:30)\n\n\n\nWhere: The Burrow 207 N.
