Sacred Sundays: Opening an intentional, spiritual day to gather and share in gentle embodied movement, discussions on Transformative Healing Justice, and creative medicinal practices.

We invite the QTBIPOC community to join us and open it to all to receive collective healing while making meaningful connections.

Bring comfy clothes, a yoga mat or towel, water container, pen/paper, tea mug, anything you may want to offer or share, and an open mind & heart.
