Art of Action is Durham’s newest addition to the North Carolina Climate Justice Collective’s resiliency organizing hub ecosystem –
centering art and performance as a strategic tool for local and statewide movement building.

This September 2nd, Art of Action will launch the first of many circle style discussions where we call in local artists, activists and community organizers to participate in a reimagining to what our collective work can look like. We will dig into the root causes and much needed solutions to climate impacts while taking a deeper dive into how cultural arts can lead to real social transformation. Bringing spiritual nourishment, creativity and revolutionary joy into our organizing space.
